Text Box: The Career Center staff is available to assist students in exploring career opportunities, in planning high school course selections relating to education and career goals, and to help investigate the transition from school to work. In addition, each student will have the opportunity to develop a Personal Career Portfolio during their high school career. Through reference materials, computer software, career internet sites, career assessments, guest speakers and related activities, we hope to encourage students to think about and plan for life beyond high school.   In today's world, change occurs rapidly and most people will experience several career moves and multiple jobs during their working years. The more students can prepare ~ through training, education and work experience ~ the better equipped they will be to face employment opportunities and challenges.
